Meet at Trade Winds in Esperanza, ride to the Bio Bay, and paddle through mangroves as phosphorescent microorganisms glow beneath your kayak. Guides such as Dillon, Deon, and Adel explain the science and keep watch in the dark. The $65.99 tour lasts about 90 minutes, but kayak time can vary.
